By accessing or using PeopleLensAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeopleLensAI provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for candidate interviewing, transcription, and AI-driven analysis. The Service includes web applications, browser extensions, and API access.

3. Registration and Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees and Payment

• Subscriptions: Certain tiers of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Free Trials: We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial, access may be restricted unless a paid plan is selected.
• Refunds: B2B sales are final. For B2C customers in the EU, a 14-day cooling-off period applies as per applicable law, provided the service has not been substantially used.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. You retain all rights to the data you upload or generate using the Service (User Content), but grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleLensAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for non-payment of fees.
